Kill a Butterfly takes place in a neglected, dimly lit room filled with torture devices, ropes, and butterflies decorating the unsettling space. Leo, a young boy who wears makeup, has been kidnapped by a large figure who plans to end his life. The film explores his psychological state as he faces a life or death decision, to fight back or surrender.
